Daydreams

To sum up what I have researched about daydreams, here is what I have put together....
Daydreams are fleeting and wondering thoughts that people have awaken during the day. The content in a daydream helps to understand true feelings and helpful thoughts and goals one will have.  You will imagine various spontaneous images or experiences in your future. It is said that worrying can be considered daydreaming as well. When you worry, you visualize unwanted or negative outcomes. When you are always worrying, you are most likely to make that worry happen because you are repeating those negative images. Daydreams can be very efficient to a person also. They help you envision what you want out of life, and help you to be successful, as long as you believe in yourself. Just like negative images, you can daydream of positive images to make them happen. Positive daydreaming can be a release of frustration, stress, it can improve attitude, strengthen creativity, and refresh the mind, body and spirit. Unconscious thinking can be revealed through daydreams as well.

Types of daydreams: disaster, escape, dealing with glory, love or revenge
Repeated daydreaming could mean you need to deal with and confront a particular situation.

They can become a disorder-unable to differentiate between a dream and reality.
